The Department for International Students and the Protestant Student Congregation (ESG Heidelberg) invite you to their first ever collaborative “International Barbecue Evening”. International as well as German students are welcome to join!
When: July 30, 6 pm Where: Plöck 66, 69117 HD
We will provide drinks, meat and vegan barbecue options. Of course you can also bring your own food, as well. We also want to add that while the ESG is a religious university group obviously no-one has to participate in any mandatory religious activity or the like nor will there be any religious activity at the event! We simply want to have a great time and in doing so provide an opportunity for locals and internationals to come together in a casual setting!
